I. Finished product inspection standard of electric kettle inspection  

(I) Appearance requirements  

1, appearance, all plastic parts of the outer surface should be smooth, no batch front, top white, shrinkage, gas lines, water lines, scratches and other adverse phenomena that affect the appearance, as far as possible to the same sun.  

2, all metal surface or plastic electroplating surface affecting the appearance should be bright, no scratches, rust, appearance in line with the sample or customer requirements.  

3. The fitting surface of each assembly should be evenly spaced, the gap should be no more than 0.8mm, the warpage should be no more than 0.5mm, no loosening, excessive deformation and other adverse phenomena.  

(2) Structural requirements  

1, power line base and large body separate type kettle, the large body on the base of the shaking amount should not be greater than 1.0MM.  

2, the product must have an obvious mark of the highest water level.  

3, the power switch must have obvious on "1" and off "0" mark.  

4, the parts and materials in contact with drinking water must meet the food or health related standards, and do not precipitate harmful substances or produce odor when used.  

5, the handle the weakest force point can bear more than 6kgf in all directions of the force, will not occur failure phenomenon.  

6. Connect the M3 screws with a torque force of no less than and the M4 screws with a torque force of no less than, and the screws should not have a sweep head.  

7. The torque force of connecting M3 screws should not be less than, and the torque force of M4 screws should not be less than without the phenomenon of sweep head.  

8. At the connecting terminal of all leads, the pulling force shall not be less than 2kgf.  

9. All materials on the machine must be consistent with the bill of Materials.  

10, before packing, the outer surface should be wiped clean, and ensure that there is no debris in the machine, no sound when shaking.  

11. The power supply base and pot bottom cover must be marked with electrical parameters, and ensure that the marks will not fall off or be unrecognizable.  

12, the product must have a detailed manual, the manual should be printed clearly, missing page damage.  (According to customer requirements)  

13, the product must have a certificate, certificate should be printed clearly, no damage, dirty.  (According to customer requirements)  

14. Screen printing shall not fall off after rubbing with alcohol for 15 seconds.  

(3) Performance requirements  

1, power requirements: the power must be in the rated power of +5%~-10% range.  

2. The water temperature reaches 98.  When C, the timing starts. The time for the switch to open shall not be more than 30 seconds, and the time for the reset shall be less than 30 seconds, except for special structures.  

3. When the kettle is filled with water to the water level, no water can splash out or overflow from the kettle.  

4. When the tap of kettle is opened, the water temperature shall not be lower than 98.  C.  

5. The voltage between the bare metal part and any pole of the power cable must be no less than 1500V, 0.5mA, 1 second.  

6, the grounding device must be firm and reliable, grounding resistance value is less than 0.1Ω.  

7, the kettle must ensure no INT phenomenon.  

8. When the kettle is in normal use, the switch should operate smoothly, and there should be no block or not in place.  

9. The kettle shall dry burn at the input of 0.7 times rated voltage, and the time for the jump valve to open shall be less than 60 seconds. After the test, the pressure resistance, grounding and other properties of the kettle are normal.  Metal parts have no yellowing, discoloration, plastic parts have no serious deformation discoloration, release peculiar smell.  

10, the kettle must be well sealed, no leakage phenomenon.  

11, insulation test, 500VDC at room temperature, insulation resistance ≥5MΩ.  

12. Power cord tension test (UL is to pull 35 pounds per minute, the core is reduced to 1MM) (GS is to pull 60N once a second, a total of 25 times, the core is reduced to 1MM, the wire skin is less than 2MM) 3.  

13, the product should be able to pass the overflow test and plug test according to GB4706.19-2005.  3.  

14, the whole life should be able to reach more than 5000 times.  

(4) Packing requirements  

1, packaging must meet the requirements of drop test (according to customer requirements)  

2, the color box must be clean, tidy, no stains, damage.  

3, the packaging must meet the requirements, the color box should be complete accessories (including instructions)  

4. Packing must be carried out in accordance with packing instructions.  

Electric heating kettle  

Ii. Method of finished product inspection for electric kettle inspection  

(1) Barcode scanning test  

Scan the bar code with the bar code tester, it should be able to read the bar code normally, and the display type and number are consistent with the requirements, above grade B.  

(2) Attachment strength test  

a. Check whether all safety signs are clear and durable. Wipe the signs with a cloth dipped in water for 15 seconds, and then wipe the signs with a cloth dipped in gasoline for 15 seconds.  

b. All the parts of screen printing, oil injection and electroplating shall be glued with 3M adhesive paper and then forcibly torn off. It shall be repeated for 5 consecutive times without obvious shedding phenomenon to ensure readability.  

(3) Stability test  

Place the product in the most unfavorable position on an inclined plane at 15° from the level. The power cord should be placed in the most unfavorable position. The product should not tip over.  Cookers should be tested in both empty and filled capacities. Tipping over in either case is not acceptable.  

(4) Power (or current) test  

The product is energized at the rated voltage, and the power cannot exceed the following values:  

(5) Pressure test  

Appliances with rated voltage of AC220-240V or above:  

A. Class I electrical appliances are applied between live parts (such as power cord plug) and exposed metal (basic insulation) at a voltage of 1000V, and there is no abnormal high voltage for 1 minute.  

b. Class II electrical appliances and Class I electrical appliances are applied at 3000V voltage between live parts (such as power cord plug) and accessible parts (strengthen insulation), and there is no abnormal high voltage for 1 minute.  (Cover non-metallic parts with metal foil)  

(6) Leakage current test  

Apply the voltage corresponding to 1.15 times the rated power between any pole of the power cord plug and the easily accessible metal parts, test for 1 minute, Class I electrical appliances shall not exceed 0.75mA;  Class II appliances shall not exceed 0.25mA, and all L/N poles shall be tested.  

(7) Power cord tension test  

Make a mark at the outlet of the power cord, and apply the prescribed tension on the most unfavorable direction of the power cord for 25 times, each time lasting 1s, the duration of 1min, after the test, the displacement cannot exceed 2mm.  Tension by product weight classification:  

≤1Kg: 30N;  1kg > and ≤4kg: 60N;  > 4kg: 100N.  

(8) Ground resistance test  

The ground resistance meter is connected to the ground terminal of the power cable of Class I electrical appliances and the easily accessible ground metal components. The ground resistance value should not exceed 0.1 ohm and the current should be 25A or 1.5 times the rated current (the greater is the greater).  (If the resistance exceeds 0.1Ω, remove the resistance of the power cord before testing;  The product is tested in cold state.  

(9) Screw torque test  

The screws used for electrical connection, ground connection, user maintenance and X-type connection may be firm when replacing the power cable. A torque test is required.  Screws and nuts should not be tightened or loosened with strong force, but should be completely screwed out and in each time.  The thread was tested 10 times for insulation materials and 5 times for metal materials.  

(x) Aging test  

Add the capacity of water into the pot and power it at the rated voltage. After the water boils, pour out the hot water and cool it for 5 minutes before adding cold water. Cycle test for 4 hours.  After the completion of the test, it is necessary to check the appearance, structure and process of the product, the basic function and the safety of the test product are normal, whether the functions can operate normally, the performance of each component is good, and no water leakage.  

(11) Dry firing test  

The product does not contain any liquid, and is energized at the rated voltage. Check whether the thermostat can automatically jump off.  

(12) Drop test

c. Drop inspection: whether the appearance, structure and function of the product are abnormal;  Whether the packaging is seriously damaged.
