First, environmental inspection
The temperature is good at 5℃~40℃
The relative humidity should be less than or equal to 80
The prescribed voltage is 220 V±22V and the prescribed frequency is 50Hz±1Hz
Two, performance inspection
Apply 80% of the rated voltage to the massage chair, and it can operate normally.
Voltage fluctuation influence:
Under the condition that the working voltage is ±10% of the rated voltage, the massage chair does not appear abnormal sound and extra vibration, and it works normally.
Iii. Appearance inspection
In appearance, no obvious scars, cracks, stains, rust and other defects that reduce the performance were observed.
The parts shall be assembled according to the requirements of drawings and working instructions. There is no missing or missing assembly phenomenon, and the wrong installation direction shall not occur. All screws are installed according to the specified torque. Must be firmly screwed, not loose, shall not appear floating, stripping phenomenon. The words and ICONS on the nameplate should be bright and clear, without any words or wrong words.
Four, safety performance
① Leakage current detection at room temperature
At room temperature, the leakage current between any pole of the power supply and the basic protective and isolated metal parts and plastic housing is 3.5mA.
(2) Electrical strength detection at room temperature
At room temperature, the massage chair should be able to withstand 1250V and 50Hz between any pole of the power supply and the metal parts of basic protection and isolation. After 1min of experimental voltage, there is no flashover and breakdown phenomenon.
③ Leakage current at operating temperature
When the massage chair works to a stable state, the leakage current between any pole of the power supply and the metal parts and plastic shell of the basic protection and isolation is 3.5mA.
(4) Electrical strength at working temperature
After working to a stable state, any pole of the power supply and the metal parts of basic protection and isolation should be able to withstand the experimental voltage of 1000V and 50Hz for 1min without flashover and breakdown phenomenon.
5. Factory inspection
Inspection of type
Type test must be carried out under any of the following circumstances
① A new trial-produced product
② When the design, process, material changes affect the product performance
③ When a product is produced again after a year's suspension
④ When the product is transferred to the factory
(5) Batch products are inspected regularly once a year
⑥ Similar products evaluation.
The type test of massage chair shall not be less than 1 sets each time.
Criterion of judgment
① The occurrence of a non-accidental failure is judged as unqualified.
(2) If the fault category cannot be determined, the number of faults will be included in the total number of faults, and another prototype should be extracted to carry out the whole test of the project again. If the same fault occurs, the test will be judged as unqualified. If other occasional faults occur, they will be included in the total number of faults in the test.
③ Repair is allowed for accidental failures. All tests of the performance item should be reconducted after repair.
Vi. Mark and specification inspection

Nameplates must be fixed on the designated position of each massage chair. Each nameplate should indicate the product name, model, rated voltage, rated input power or rated current, rated frequency, factory number, manufacturer name or label. In addition, there must be corresponding instructions and warning signs in the relevant parts of the massage chair.
It mainly includes:
Pre-production Inspection (PPI)
100% inspection (Full Inspection)
When the merchandise is 100% completed, we will check the quality of goods unit by unit, which covers product description, style &color, workmanship, quality, function, label, package, size measurement if available etc, to make sure 100% of the goods meet your specified quality requirement. Note: for those products of high value or complicated internal structure, we suggest to take full inspection.Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
Before loading, our inspector will check products' information, qty, package, during the course of loading, our inspectors will keep closely look at the loading process, ensure that the export cartons are well arranged in the container with no risks of deformation, collapse, help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process. (Pre-production Random Inspection, During Production Random Inspection, Pre-shipment Random Inspection) As per customer's quality requirement, we will sample the products according to international or other standards to inspect the packing, appearance, color, size, function, safety, etc.What do our QC inspectors (quality inspector) do for the inspections ?
1. Confirm the quantity of the products.
2. Confirm the packing detail information of the products.
3. Check the information or marks reqiured by clients, such as the information on the carton, information on gift box, information
on products, warning text and all the others.

AQL is the acronym for Acceptable Quality Limit (or Level). This represents a statistical measurement of the maximum number and range of defects that is considered acceptable during a random sampling inspection of your goods. If the AQL is not achieved for a particular sampling of goods, you may accept shipment of the goods ‘as is’, demand a rework of the goods, renegotiate with you supplier, refuse the shipment, or choose another recourse based on your supplier agreement.
Defects found during a standard random inspection are sometimes classified into three levels: critical, major and minor. Critical defects are those that render the product unsafe or hazardous for the end user or that contravene mandatory regulations. Major defects can result in the product’s failure, reducing its marketability, usability or salability. Lastly, minor defects do not affect the product’s marketability or usability, but represent workmanship defects that make the product fall short of defined quality standards. Different companies maintain different interpretations of each defect type. This becomes the primary reference during a pre-shipment inspection.
It is important to note; the AQL inspection is only a report on the findings at the time of the inspection.
