I. Requirements for inspection of appearance and packaging  

Step 1: Signs  

1.1 Each dehumidifier should be fixed on the two sides or the back of the obvious parts of the durability signs, the size and technical requirements of the signs should comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306. The signage should indicate the following:  

a) Product model and name;  

b) Main technical parameters (nominal dehumidifier, refrigerant code and injector, electric year, frequency, phase number, total input power and weight);  

c) Product factory number;  

d) Name of manufacturer;  

c) Date of manufacture.  

1.2 The dehumidifier should be marked with signs indicating the working condition, such as the arrow indicating the rotation direction of the ventilator, the "I" sign indicating the inlet and outlet, as well as the indicator and control button.  

1.3 Each dehumidifier shall fix the product trademark on the front obvious part.  

 

2 Packaging  

2.1 The dehumidifier should be cleaned before packaging. All parts should be dry and clean, rust prone parts should be coated with antirust agent, and refrigerant or nitrogen should be charged according to the provisions of 5. 9.  

2.2 The dehumidifier shall be firmly fixed in the packing box, and shall be protected against moisture and vibration.  

2.3 The following accompanying documents shall be attached to the packing box.  

2. 3. 1 Product qualification certificate, including:  

a) Product model and name;  

b) Product factory number;  

c) Product inspection results;  

d) The inspector's signature;  

c) Date of inspection.  

2. 3. 2 The contents of the product specification shall comply with the relevant provisions of Appendix A of GB 9969.1 1998.  

2. 3. 3 Packing list, including:  

a) Name of the manufacturer;  

b) Product model and name;  

c) Product factory number;  

d) Packing date;  

c) The name and quantity of the accompanying documents;  

f) Signature of inspector.  

2. 4 Receipt and delivery marks and storage and transportation marks shall be clearly marked on the packing cases.  

2.4. 1 Collection and delivery mark, including:  

a) Name of receiving station and receiving unit;  

b) Product model and name;  

c) Dimensions of packing boxes;  

d) Gross and net weight;  

c) Name of delivery station and manufacturer.  

2.4.2 Storage and Transportation marks, including:  

a) Handle with care;  

b) up;  

c) Fear of getting wet;  

d) Stacking layers, etc.  

 

Ii. Technical requirements, inspection methods and standards  

1 General Requirements  

1.1 Dehumidifiers shall conform to the requirements of this standard and JB 8655 and shall be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by prescribed procedures.  

1.2 The surface of the black metal parts of the dehumidifier should be treated with rust prevention.  

1.3 The surface of electroplated parts should be smooth, uniform color, no peeling, pinholes, no obvious spots and scratches and other defects.  

1.4 There should be no obvious bubbles, flow marks, leakage coating, primer and unnecessary wrinkles and other damage on the surface of the paint parts.  

1.5 The surface of decorative materials should be smooth and uniform in color. Cracks, bubbles, obvious shrinkage holes and other defects and other damages should not be allowed.  

1.6 The special components of the dehumidifier should be installed firmly and reliably. Pipes and components should not rub or collide with each other.  

1.7 The insulation layer of the dehumidifier shall have good thermal insulation performance, and shall be non-toxic, odorless and meet the requirements of non-combustible materials (B1 class) in GB 8624.  

1.8 Dehumidification mechanism The materials of the cooling system library components should be able to avoid deterioration and ensure the normal operation of the whole machine under the action of refrigerants, lubricating oil and their mixtures.  

1.9 Electroplated parts shall comply with the following provisions  

After the test, each rust spot and rust panel on the metal coating should not exceed 1 mm2. Each 100 cm specimen coating should not exceed 2 rust spots and rust spots. Less than 100 cm, there should be no rust spots and rust.  

1. 10 Paint film adhesion requirements of paint parts  

After the test, the number of paint film shedding is not more than 15%.  

 

2. Power Supply  

The dehumidifier uses single-phase 220 V or three-phase 380 V.50 Hz AC power supply.  

 

3 Applicable temperature range  

1. The inlet air temperature of the dehumidifier should comply with the regulations;  

2. The water inlet temperature of the water cooling condenser of the temperature regulating dehumidifier should not be higher than 34C; the air inlet temperature of the air cooling condenser should not be higher than 43C.  

4. Component requirements  

All parts and components of the dehumidifier should comply with relevant regulations.  

 

5 Performance Requirements  

5.1 Nominal dehumidification  

The dehumidifier in nominal condition should be no less than 95% of the nominal dehumidifier.  

5.2 Input Power  

The input power of dehumidifier under nominal working condition shall not be greater than 0% of nominal input power.  

5.3 Dehumidification per unit power input  

Unit input power of dehumidifier Dehumidifier should be no less than 95% of the value specified in Table 4.  

5.4 Operating under Maximum Load  

When the dehumidifier is tested under the maximum load condition specified in 6.2.6, it shall be able to start and work normally. The overcutting protector should not act during 1 h continuous operation, but it is allowed to act once within 5 minutes after 3 min shutdown and then 1 h continuous operation.  

5.5 Low Temperature Operation  

When operating at low temperature, the dehumidifier shall meet the following requirements:  

a) There should be no water droplets blowing out of the outlet;  

b) After the operation, there should be no ice bullies on the windward side of the evaporator;  

c) For dehumidifiers with automatic contact devices, the blending time should not exceed 30% of the complete test cycle.  

5.6 Condensation  

During the test, the outer surface of the dehumidifier should not drop F, and the indoor air supply should not bring stone drops.  

5.7 Sealing Performance of the cooling system  

There should be no leakage in any part of the refrigeration system during the test.  

5.8 Condensate removal  

When the dehumidifier runs under various test conditions, it should have the ability to exclude condensed water, and any part outside the drain should not overflow or blow out.  

 

6. Noise  

The noise value (sound pressure level) of the dehumidifier should be less than the value specified in Table 5. The noise of the dehumidifier without fan is not assessed.  

 

Iii. Inspection data measurement and on-site inspection  

1. Drop test for shipping (not for fragile products)  

Drop test shall be performed according to ISTA1A standard. After 10 falls, the product and packaging shall be free from fatal and serious problems.  

 

2. Product size/power cord length/weight measurement  

Apply +/-3% tolerance according to product specifications and approved samples if the customer does not provide detailed tolerance or tolerance requirements  

3. Scan the bar code  

Check that the bar code can be scanned, and the scanning results are correct  

 

4. Assembly/installation check  

According to the instructions or instructions, the assembly/installation should be smooth and without any problems  

 

5. Full feature check (including features that must be assembled)  

Things like cooling/heating, low pressure starting, different operating modes, compressor protection functions, etc. should work well and all functions are as stated.  

 

6. Clock accuracy (applicable to products with clock function)  

The clock should be set according to the instruction, and the actual time should be measured (set at 2 hours). If there is no customer requirement, the tolerance of the electronic clock is +/-1min, and the tolerance of the mechanical clock is +/-10%.  

7. Coating paste test  

All printing, foil printing and UV coating shall be tested with 3M tape for fastness. After the test, the adhesive area shall not exceed 10%  

 

8. High pressure test  

Apply the required voltage (the voltage depends on the product category or the voltage below the root) between the parts to be tested for 1S, leakage current 5mA. Required test voltage: Products destined for the US or Canadian market shall be 1200Va.c. The Class I sold to Europe is 1000Vac and the Class II sold to Europe is 2500Vac. No insulation breakdown  

9. Low voltage starting (suitable for motor products)  

Start the product with 90% of the rated voltage, the product should be able to start normally  

10. Check the startup  

The sample shall be powered at rated voltage and work for at least 4 hours under full load or according to the instruction (if less than 4 hours). After testing, the sample shall be able to pass the high voltage test, function test, grounding resistance test, etc., with no defects in the junction test  

 

11. Grounding test (if applicable)  

For lamps and lanterns in the European market, the grounding test current is at least 10A, the time is 1S, and the resistance is not more than 0.5ohm. For household appliances, the grounding test current is 25A, the time is 1S, and the resistance is not more than 0.1ohm. Us Canadian market: Ground test current 25A, time 1S, resistance not greater than 0.1ohm.  

 

11. Power consumption check or input power/current check  

Power consumption/input power/current should comply with product specifications and safety standards  

 

12. Power cable tension test  

IEC standard: Pull 25 times, not more than 1KG, pull 30N, more than 1KG, not more than 4KG, pull 60N, more than 4kG, pull 100N. After pulling the line displacement is not more than 2mm. UL standard: pull 35 pounds 1 min, the line does not move.  

13. Internal work and inspection of key parts  

Check the internal structure and key components by CDF or CCL.  

14. Friction test of rated labels and paste test of printed labels  

Wipe 15S rated stickers with a cloth dipped in water, and then wipe 15S with a cloth dipped in gasoline. There should be no bad effects  

 

15. Speed check (fan)  

Measure the fan speed at the rated voltage. Ensure that the speed meets the requirements  

16. Stability test (for vertical products)  

The product shall be placed on an incline surface of 10 degrees from the horizontal plane (15 degrees for heating appliances) as normally used. The power cord shall be placed in the most unfavorable position and the appliance shall not tip over.  

 

17. Air leakage check  

There is a gas detector to check the connection point between the pipe and the compressor, and there should be no air leakage  

18. Stack height test  

Stack height of outer box 2.5m, 4 hours, check the outer box for deformation, etc
