I. Purpose

Specification of electromagnetic circuit test standards.

Ii. Scope of application

1. CE induction cooker;

2. If there is no special standard for other induction stoves (OEM, new type), it is also tested according to this standard.

Iii. Test items

1. Full functional test inspection

Test instrument/tool: regulated power supply, capacity greater than 2KVA

Test method: At rated voltage, according to the attached standard test induction cooker basic function.

Criteria: The function must be correct.

2. Full power test inspection

Test instrument/tool: regulated power supply, capacity greater than 2KVA

Screwdriver: rubber handle with a head size of 2.5mm-3mm, head length of more than 15mm, with a straight head

Standard pot (with a diameter of 200mm at the bottom, Q235A, 0.8-1mm thick)

Test method: At the rated voltage, test and adjust the power (adjust to the rated power -10%). (Example: 1600W: should be adjusted

1450W-1600W), and then measure the second gear power should be ±10% of the nominal power

Criteria: No defective products.

3. Complete inspection of POTS and pans

Test instrument/tool: regulated power supply, capacity greater than 2KVA

The diameters are φ80mm and φ120mm respectively

Test method: Start the machine under rated voltage,φ80mm gage placed in the circuit board ceramic plate arbitrary position induction furnace cannot be added

Hot; The electromagnetic cooker can be heated when the φ120mm gage is placed at any position on the ceramic board of the circuit board.

Criteria: No defective products.

4. Random check of temperature test

Test instrument/tool: regulated power supply, capacity greater than 2KVA

Standard pot,25±5℃ environment

Test method: At the rated voltage, add 50% oil (oil surface height about 100mm) in the standard pot to do the following test:

1) Insulation temperature of each section

2) Measure the oil temperature under any fire (protection temperature 260℃)

Criteria: error allowed ±20℃.

5. Full inspection of low voltage test

Test instrument/tool: regulated power supply, capacity greater than 2KVA

Test method: Adjust the voltage to 165V, and test the basic function of the induction cooker according to the attached standard.

Criterion: can work normally at low voltage.

6. Full inspection of high voltage test

Test instrument/tool: regulated power supply, capacity greater than 2KVA

Test method: Adjust the voltage to 265V, and test the basic function of induction cooker according to the attached standard.

Criterion: It can work normally for more than 2 hours at high voltage.

7. The first batch of full inspection for aging test, and then random inspection according to adverse conditions

Test method: Boil water for 1 hour at the second gear and the highest gear respectively under rated mains voltage.

Criteria: induction cooker shall not have any bad and abnormal.

8. Full dip test

Test method: no electricity to induction cooker is longer than the other side for shaft to 30 ゜ free fell three times.

Determination criteria: The completion of the test induction cooker power detection shall not have any bad and abnormal.

9. Regular test and spot check

Test method: 1. Test the precision of timing shutdown time under rated voltage.

2.. Test the 2-hour automatic shutdown function (do not move the pan or change the Settings during the test)

3. No pot 1 minute automatic shutdown function

Determination criteria: timing accuracy ±3%.

10. Spot check of blocked fan

Test method: Working at the rated voltage maximum firepower, blocking the fan.

Determination criteria: induction cooker can stop working or shut down, but can not have the danger of burning.

10. Pan testing spot check

Test method: Working at the maximum firepower under rated mains voltage, put the pot end more than 100mm away from the furnace surface and then put it back 50 times.

Criteria: The induction cooker can stop working or shut down, but there can be no bad or abnormal after the test.

11. Power plug plug test spot check

Test method: Working under rated mains voltage, plug and unplug the power plug 50 times at a rate greater than 50 times/min.

Criteria: The induction cooker can stop working or shut down, but there can be no bad or abnormal after the test.

12. Single side pad test spot check

Test method: Working under rated mains voltage, one side of the pot is padded with 6-8mm maximum firepower to boil water for 1 hour.

Criteria: The induction cooker can stop working or shut down, but there can be no bad or abnormal after the test.

13. Dry fire test spot check

Test method: Working under rated mains voltage, dry burning with empty pot under maximum fire power.

Criteria: The induction cooker can stop working or shut down, but there can be no bad or abnormal after the test.

14. Boil 300g oil for sampling test

Test method: Working under rated mains voltage, heating with standard cooker and 300g cooking oil at maximum heat.

Criteria: The induction cooker can stop working or shut down, but there can be no bad or abnormal after the test.

15. Appearance inspection: Complete inspection according to Emmett general standard

16. Packaging inspection and other: Complete inspection according to Emmett general standard
