In our life, we often have a lot of cabinets in our rooms to help us collect and keep a lot of things. For example: bedside cabinet, bookcase, food cabinet, luggage cabinet, TV cabinet, kitchen cabinet and so on. So, do you know how the inspection of these cabinets goes? What are the inspection standards for cabinets? Today let me take you to a simple understanding.

I. Plate installation inspection

Embedded parts: flush or slightly lower with the surface after driving the hole, not allowed to be higher than the surface.

Connecting rod: screw into the embedded parts, screw in place, do not skew.

Lock: The arrow is loaded into the corresponding hole in the direction of the connecting rod, and is installed in place to be flush with the board or slightly lower than the board, and is not allowed to be higher than the board.

Two-in-one: The plastic assembly is driven into the corresponding hole of the plate. It is not allowed to skew and should be in place. Remove burrs from the opening with a blade. Screw the metal screw into the corresponding holes of the plate parts, and do not skew.

PK2: Drive the plastic assembly into the corresponding hole of the plate. It is not allowed to skew and should be in place. Remove burrs from the opening with a blade. Screw the metal base into the corresponding plate holes and ensure that it does not skew.

Two, cabinet assembly inspection

The connection of each board: meet the requirements of the drawing design, the connection is tight, the gap of each board is no more than 0.2mm. Permissible deviation of cabinet dimensions: width +2mm-1mm, height +2mm-1mm, depth +2mm.

Rear backplane: The backplane is inserted into the slots on all sides and does not loosen significantly. It does not obstruct the installation of the panels on all sides. The grooving phenomenon must not occur. No serious deformation allowed.

Laminate: The fixed laminate shall be connected with the required connectors, which shall be in place horizontally, and shall be firm and reliable, and the banding sequence shall meet the requirements. The active laminate is placed with the required laminate pin, which is horizontal and in place, stable and reliable, and the banding sequence meets the requirements.

Top and bottom plate: with the required connector connection, the level is in place, the requirements are firm and reliable, the sealing order meets the requirements. When the top and bottom plate cover both ends of the side plate, any end shall be flush with the side plate, and the error is allowed within ±0.2mm.

Three, drawer inspection

The width of drawer box and the distance between the two sides of the slide rails: the distance between the two sides of the three slide rails is not less than 25mm, the maximum is not more than 27mm. The distance between both sides of the hidden slide rail is 17mm±1mm. After the drawer box is pushed deep, the clogging plate cannot touch the back panel of the cabinet. The clearance between the drawer panel and the cabinet body is 1.5mm with a maximum of 2mm. The sliding rails can be pushed and pulled smoothly after installation. The minimum depth retreat of the hinge of the flat door is not less than 65mm, and the left and right avoidance shall not prevent the drawer from drawing out.

Four, hardware inspection

Observe whether the hardware is complete, new and without damage. Compared with the drawings, the installation is carried out according to the technical requirements. The push-pull and rotation are smooth, firm and reliable.

Five, flat door inspection

The test hinges meet the requirements, the hole position of the door plate is consistent with the hole position of the cabinet body, in line with the requirements of the drawings and process documents, the switch is smooth.

Vi. Appearance inspection

Color: consistent with the color map, no obvious color difference. Grain: meet the drawing and process requirements. Appearance: no touch, knock, scratch, defect, edge breakage and other problems affecting the appearance.

Seven, disassembly inspection

After the inspection meets the requirements, reverse dismantle according to the assembly sequence. When the hardware is removed, the plates should be stacked in the order of the top and bottom, and should not be touched, knocked or scratched. The hardware should be collected and bagged, and handed over to the plates for packaging.
