Inspection service
Initial production inspection
Initial production inspection means that when 5%-10% of the batch products are completed, you can entrust us to conduct initial sampling inspection or first piece sampling inspection. Initial production inspection is one of the best ways to ensure that your products meet your requirements. By inspecting suppliers, we can ensure the quality of subsequent large-scale production, ensure that your orders are shipped on time, and ultimately win customer satisfaction.
Mid-production inspection
Mid-production inspection means that you can entrust us to conduct random inspections when the batch of products is 30%-50% completed. Mid-production inspection helps improve production processes and quality, ensuring that products meet production specifications before shipment. Mid-production inspection can further control your suppliers, ensure that your orders are shipped on time, products comply with regulations, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.
Final production inspection
Final production inspection, also known as pre-shipment inspection (PSI), is the most effective way to confirm the quality level of the entire batch of goods. It usually requires 100% of the goods to be produced and at least 80% of the goods to be packed. Final production inspection is applicable to almost all types of consumer goods, and the final production report is usually used as an important document for importers to authorize shipment and trigger payment.
Container loading supervision
The last and most important step in the quality control process is to ensure that the goods shipped to the destination market are the batch of goods required by the customer, that is, container loading supervision. Container loading supervision is usually carried out at the factory, freight forwarding warehouse or freight port. The inspector checks the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped according to the order provided by the customer and the corresponding product quality requirements and packing list to ensure that the products of qualified quality and correct quantity are loaded. Then, the inspector supervises the entire loading process to ensure that the container is in good condition and the loading quantity and method are correct.
Full inspection
When the product is 100% completed, before or after packaging, we will inspect the appearance, workmanship, function, safety and other checkpoints required by the customer at the full inspection factory or the location specified by the customer according to the customer's requirements, strictly distinguish good products from defective products, and report the inspection results to the customer in a timely manner.
